Do you have a CEL? If not, a simple scan with a Tech 2 and viewing the misfire/knock counters on the ECM can show if one cylinder has excessive counts. Can lead to a correct diag before the coil pack dies completely setting a CEL. If the CEL is on, take to a Saab specialist to have the code read. Being an '06, if you have not had spark plugs (OE Saab NGK) replaced at or before a 60k interval you are well due for plugs. Can replace plugs and see if this corrects the fault, if you still have a misfire condition then probably looking at coil packs. I usually replace all six at the same time. They tend to fail within a couple months of each other. Fairly common issue on the B284 engine.
Coil pn12629037 List $104.53ea
Plug pn12788884 List $20.50ea
