Dunno. It would be complicated. The Bose magic is performed by a signal processor in the back of the car. Maybe the amp under the seat is different, too. The speakers are different, including the rear-mounted sub-woofer. The radio has something extra, probably firmware, to manage the Centerpoint settings. Many people think the Bose sound isn't that great anyway. I'd give mine a solid B to B+. You'd probably be just as well off with a good aftermarket system.
