sorry if this has been covered but I've tried a few searches and haven't seen anything.

dh has a 2009 9-3 4dr with about 15k on it. he bought it in Aug. 2009 and first service was done in Jan. 2011 (12 month or 15K I think). He puts very few miles on it and when the service message came on in Aug. 2010 we were told to wait. so the service light just came on again so I scheduled him for the next service (24 month or 30K) this month. He went to our Saab dealer (International Motors) and was charged $150 b/c they told him GM was no longer honoring the 3 years of free service/maintenance.

has anyone else had this happen? it sounds like GM still honors the warranty but not the free service. wish we had known this but curious if others have had the same problem or have any other info on the subject. further lowers my opinion of GM....
