All the ones I ever saw that banged hard into D, R or both, had some kind of internal weirdness that no amount of fluid changing or re-setting adaptations seemed to cure in the long run.
That being said, changing the fluid a few times never hurts, and you can do that yourself. Read on here what you need to do the job, been covered a lot.
