Hello - after years of wanting a Saab, just picked one up. Its a 2003 9-3 auto trans, with 170k miles. Well kept, former CPO car and seems to have had all the recalls done. Just had front end sway bar links replaced, so no more clunk.
Needs a front pass side wheel hub, or so my tech says. Tech 2 says no signal from left front wheel code. Any thoughts on if this is just a wire or connector? Or does the whole hub and bearing have to come out? SID is flashing "ABS Mulfunction/Traction Control Malfunction/Stability Control Malfunction".
Also, has a "whirring" sound that occurs both when in park, and in both forward and reverse. Not high pitched, sounds like a bad bearing or something, but not sure what it is. Any thoughts?
Also..what should I do to get this car to over 200k? Just had oil changed with mobil 1.
