But now it actually works better than before so I'd have to say that's a good thing!
Forgot one of my keys in my shorts and threw it in the wash. My wife runs upstairs after finding it in the washing machine (at the bottom of the machine) in a panic. I respond with "oh well, guess I need to find a new one", and take it apart to let it dry.
Put it together the next day and it's working better than before. Each button push works! Before, I'd have to sometimes hit the button a couple of times for it to register.
