Continued boost issues

So I've replaced both solenoid valves on my '03 9-3 2t on either side of the turbo's vacuum loop(part # 12787706 also known as #55354158) is on both sides and after resetting T8, it went limp again in a matter of minutes. No one can seem to diagnose this with any certainty. The vacuum lines all look good and now both the boost control and bypass solenoids have been replaced. I'm very apprehensive about spending $300 on a new bypass valve without knowing it's going to work. Is anyone familiar with any electrical or T8 issues that solenoid replacements don't cure? Thanks in advance.
