Since December when I bought my 06 aero Sportcombi I have put on 16k on her. (73k now) On Sunday the car developed a stutter between 50-70k on hard acceleration. I looked up those symptoms and surmised that it was the ignition coils. I bought 3 instead of the 6 because I heard the back fail at a higher rate because of the heat in the back of the engine. Should I plan on the front ones failing too? Hopefully my diagnosis is right. Is this a DIY job or should I pay to have it done. Doesn't look tooo complicated but my time is very limited and I need my car for work. Also planning on getting the serp. belt done, are there pulleys that need to be replaced at the same time like in the 9-5/9000? (2.8T) This car is awesome. 200+ miles per day driving and I am excited to get in and drive every time. Also I am getting my Gary Fisher rims refinished from my former 9-5, I am assuming they will fit the 9-3?
