and what I would do for just normal driving... but note, half the fluid is now old. 60,000 miles old. Your average fluid age is 30K. To maintain the status quo, you need to do your next drain and fill at 90,000, not 120,000.
As for "heroic" maintenance, I did that when I was doing twice yearly 1000 mile convertible towings. Then I did a drain and fill every year, about 10,000 miles. Not towing (much) any longer, so I'm back to a long drain interval.
