Problems with Interm Wiper Setting after New CIM Instal

I had a brand new CIM put in with 2 new keys programmed a week ago. Reason for the replacement was I was getting ABS/Trac/Stability control system failures. But everything else worked OK.
Now that a new CIM was put in and reprogrammed, the intermitent feature/function on my 2004 9-3 linear SS is not working.
It is stuck in a set time interval (the slowest one) and regardless of me moving the knob up and down to change the speed, nothing happens.
Usually, I would move the knob 1 click up, the wipers would go on at the speed change and then adjust to the new change. Here nothing happens, its stuck on like one wipe ever 15 seconds.
My Saab Indep Mechanic and I reconnected the TECH2 and were looking at the different programming options, we couldnt find an option or setting to change this. WIS (saab tech support software) links this feature to be controlled by the programming in the CIM but doesnt give any details.
Any ideas or what to do?
