There had been a kit for that - two fog lamps and a new light switch (with a fog lamp button). All the wiring is there - but note that the power to the fog lamp connector is computer controlled. To add "aftermarket" fog lamps you would need to engineer the mounting, find matching connectors or splice the existing wires, and still buy a new switch. Or dig into the existing wiring and add on your own switch somewhere.

All that said, with the sharp cut-off European beam pattern and projector headlights, a separate fog lamp doesn't really improve your vision in bad weather. About all it's good for is not blinding the guy in front of you when you are stuck in "event" parking exit traffic. IME.
