It's not possible for a layman to use low pressure reading alone in determine if the system need freon or not. Especially on modern cars which doesn't have a whole of of refrigerant in the system to begin with.
Even with a 1/4 fill or 1/2 full, the low pressure reading will be around those numbers.
On a modern car you really need to know exactly how much you put in and also if it is a leak that needs to be dealt with.
Since you charged the system a month ago that tells me you probably had a leak back then and if nothing is repaired, that leak is probably still there and the system is now low enough on freon to not cool properly again.
A/C condenser is the most common problem I see on the Sport Sedan/Combi so look closely at the front to see if you notice any dark spots where the oil in the A/C system has accumulated on the condenser fins.
