Techron is magic. Someone got their fuel gauge to work again too using that.
I think it is quite a few posts now about the code and that it could be either the fuel pump or fuel pressure sensor or oversensitive fuel computer.
The underlying problem though seems to be that the white coat labrats set the parameters in fuel computer to narrowly and it triggers the code way to easy. I wish they would have come out with a software update before Saab conked that could have addressed the issue.
So far, I have only reset the code on the cars I've seen since none of them have any driving issues.
One of them came back last week with the C/E light back on and it was 1 year and 4K miles since I reset it last. He had had no driving issues so far so I just reset it again and we'll see what happens.
I see the same problem on the Volvo's with similar fuel system but it is just as often or even more common it is the fuel pressure sensor than the fuel pump.
