You can use any wheel with the 5x110 bolt pattern with a offset of 35 to 45, Searching for wheels you`ll find your only limited to Saab rims that carry the 5 x 110 and perhaps a few stragglers. If you looking for a custom wheel and say you find it there's 0% chance it will have the 5x110 bolt pattern because only GM used the 5x110 which all Saabs use. Calling the rim manufacture and asking them to custom stamp a set of rims with the 5x110 pattern can get it done. I was told no aftermarket rims are stamped with the 5x110 ready made is because they never sell (being only Saab uses it, and very few other cars) All manufactures can stamp the 5x110 pattern just takes a phone call. I was going for looks which resulted in the picture, being your just after winter beater wheels any saab rim with the 5 lug will work, all are 5x110 and all fall with in the 35-45 offset.
Using the 15" rims on a car set for 16" rims is only a problem if you don't compensate for the inch difference in a bigger road tire for the 15"rim to make the same size as the 16" with its tire. As in the pic. those are 22"rims with a 30 sires tire which make the total wheel the exact size as the oem rim and its oem tire.
If you don't get the bigger tire for the rim and you see its using a smaller or same size tire as your 16" the only thing that's going to happen is your speedo meter will say your doing 70mph which in reality your really only doing 63mph and the car will clock more miles than actually driven.
If you want to use the 15" rim tell me what your cars wheel size is and I`ll tell you what tire you need to run on the 15" wheels to make your speedo meter correct.
