Yes I own the 01 9-5 aero and the 2010 9-3 aero, the 9-3 turned into a lawn ornament being I perferr driving the 9-5. The 9-3 was to replace my 9-5 thats becoming plauged with problems. Although the 9-5 is a 2.3 which makes it faster off the light and the stock aero suspension in the 9-5 is rock hard. I thought the 9-3 aero would have the same handling in the suspension so I bought the car and the first test drive I did with it was driving it home. First hard corner at high speeds reminds me of driving a station wagon round a corner. I haven't been in the later year 9-5 all i can tell tour is the 01 is super solid the seats in it might also contribute to its
ride, And yes the comparison is between the 9-5 aero and the 9-3 aero, I would have thought the 9-3 would have had a stiffer ride being its a lighter car and its 2.0 motor in comparison to the c-900 88spg 2.0 is very lacking in the up take.

Had I knowen the 2010 9-3 aero was what it is I'd use the money to purchase a 9-5 aero instead. But I'm looking for the rough solid ride and not having to have to modify the car to get it. The ride of the 9-3 might be exactly what your looking for, its 2.0 is a motor and will get the car down the road.
