Not to answer your questions directly, but to relay my experience. My habit is to bleed every two years, except for the occasional year when I have participated in a SOC Track Event, when it turned out to be every year. I like to switch between ATE Blue and Valvoline DOT 4 so I can see when I'm done, as the fluid is pretty clear after such a short time. What I find is after the first "blue" fluid change, the succeeding "clear" fluid turns blue shortly after the flushing for the next two turns, staying mostly clear only after the third shot.
I'm thinking that there's enough old fluid left in the system after a normal flush to color the new, even if it's only a small percentage. The real test is boiling point, which translates into percent water in the system, which is what you are primarily trying to eliminate. I think you've pretty well taken car of your system, but if you like, revisit it after one year, rather than two or three.
