Try dusting with baking soda to remove moisture quickly, vacuum after a couple hours and put an open 3/4 full sandwich bag of rice in one of the door pockets to remove light moisture. It might just be a winter side effect as Paul noted. Obviously if you have a leak and it is wet under your carpets a bag of rice will not help much so I would pull up the carpet when you have time to make sure your floorboards are dry. Search the applicable board for common leak locations if you find any puddles. Also, be sure you do not smell antifreeze as this would be a coolant leak adding humidity to your car and that could leave you stranded.
