Hello,
I would agree that the first thing to do is to remove the end links on the swaybar and see if any of the noises are gone. Here in not so warm PA the creaking can last a fair amount longer. You would think if the struts were leaking or bottoming out that would have been found. The broken front coil springs are very common.
You did not mention your tire size or the psi of your tires.
The only other part of the front suspension is lower control arm with its ball joint and 2 bushings. Any of these could cause the squeaking and if they are shifting a bottoming out feeling. I would suggest they should be checked both loaded and unloaded for play.
One other thought would be to check the subframe bushings and engine/transmission mounts. I would think either of those would also manifest itself under hard acceleration or braking but you never know. Good Luck, Bernie
