Hello,
Yes I would add either a fuel stabilizer or run it almost empty put in some non ethanol gas and run that through and then fill with non ethanol gas. The ethanol gas breaks down way to quick. A year would be pushing it.
The added air in the tires to prevent flat spotting is right on as well.
The battery would be a hard one. I have access to a Tech 2 incase some weird programming was lost so I would remove the battery. You could also remove the transport fuse in the underhood electrical box. This cuts down many of the electrical consumers. And is how the cars were delivered from port. But I am afraid of leaving anything on a charger that long even though is battery tender is much better than a regular charger. Good Luck, Bernie
