Bernie is very correct.
Any power loss to any of the 0-bus modules whill shutoff the radio, CD, amplifiers, tec....any thing connected to the o-bus which is in the O-bus communication loop. One can save quite a bit of time by using the Tech 2 to test where the loop communication break is..which points to the module...cause due to loss of power (maybe fuse or module itself) to one of the modules or loss of O-bus communication from the module.
Since each module independently repeats and adds (sends out) to the incoming 0-bus signal, a bad module causes the whole system to crash. So looking for blown fuses involves mostly looking at all the fuse panels for all of the device locations.
