Beyond the obvious (body bits, airbags, dashboard, bumper beam and crash sensors, plus any of the cooling stack that got crunched), count on replacing one, if not both front seatbelts and the airbag control module (ACM). You'll need access to a Tech2/security access for both diagnosis and restoration.
Bumper beam is bolted AND spot-welded to the body structure. Drill out the spot welds, and one doesn't have to re-weld it back on.
The Tech2 will tell you which items caused airbag faults, then you can add to your shopping list of bits to replace.
Passenger side bag deployment means you'll have to swap the entire dashboard out, and the driver's bag deployment may also require wiring/clockspring replacement.
Seat belts are available new from Orio, and swapping is straightforward. New airbag control modules are still available, and not outrageously priced, considering. A used ACM will work IF you get the exact year/part number/configuration that matches your car. You'll need the Tech2 and security access on a PC to add in the replacement ACM in either case.
I put one back together a few years back for my girlfriend--an '05 with 80k miles on the clock... The car had hit a pole or parking lot bollard, so the front bumper beam had a good 8" of deflection, the cooling stack and hood was crunched, the driver's belt tensioner deployed but only the passenger side bag fired. I ended up finding a parts car three or four hours from home, dragged it back and got most of what I needed from that. Still needed to buy a nicer bumper cover and a matching ACM, though. The car went back together nicely, and it's worked flawlessly--she's put 120k on it in past three years.
