I tried to go this route and ended up returning the Moda wheels to Tirerack. The Saab centercaps ARE NOT interchangeable with the Moda centercaps. The offset of a stock non-Viggen stock Saab wheel is 49mm. The offset of the Viggen rim is 42mm, hence they sit out farther toward the outside of the fenderwell than the non-Viggen rim The Moda rim has an offset of 35mm. This puts the wheel out from the fenderwell farther than it really should be. This can lead to some premature wheel bearing wear and other alignment issues.
