Synthetic oil in Canada

Hi guys,
I'm having a hard time finding synthetic oils that meet the requirements for my 2000 9-5 Aero, here in Canada (Montreal). I have been looking around for Mobil 1 0W-40, but can't find it anywhere. I'm seeing lots of Mobil 1 5W-30, but it's not meeting the ACEA A3 requirements... The only other oil product that seem acceptable is the Castrol SYNTEC 0W-30. What do you guys think about this product? Is it anywhere near the well known quality of Mobil 1 products?
Next question, what's you recommendation on an indy shop here in Montreal that knows how to work on recent Saabs? I've been going to Swedish Auto, but feel that they might not have sufficient knowledge to work on the 9-5, especially with all the electronics and the high-output turbo. Any alternatives? What about Saturn/Saab dealers? I've been going to Mondial Saab and they really do a terrible job...
Thanks for all the help,
-seb
