Being a Saab shop foreman I think I understand how service is supposed to work.We try to provide a Saab loaner from our fleet whenever possible, if not we rent you a car. We offer pick up and delivery of your vehicle at your home or office, sometimes several hundred miles away. Recently I bought a used Suburban from a local GM dealer. The truck had to go in for repairs of items that I observed on the test drive. They gave my pregnant wife and 2 small kids a pile of junk 1990 corsica with no a/c. Only 95 degrees out, should be OK??!! The items in need of repair were minor. The front seat pops 3 times when you stop firmly. The dumb service advisor told me that " power seats have alot of play in them" Huh? Basically the service there flat out sucked. No car wash, took forever to pick up car. So we will never go back, period. It is my sincere hope that no one ever has this experience at our dealer. We try very hard to understand everyone's need and do the best we can . All we received was no effort what so ever. Maybe Saab owners are spoiled by the level of service that expect/get. GM service thusfar stinks!! ramble ramble ramble
