Rear shocks leaking?

Hi,
I suspect a rear shock leak on my 2000 9-5 Aero Sedan. I didn't jack the car up yet, but there is some dark green stuff dropping from the rear left shock arm. I'm quite sure it's the shock actually, since the car bounces quite a bit more from the rear, since I discovered the leak.
If indeed it is a rear shock, do you have any recommendations on replacement shocks? Should I go OEM or I'm better off investing on some quality stuff like Bilstein or Konig?
Thanks for any help,
-seb
