127,000 miles is not a problem in and of itself. What's more important is the care and maintenance the Wagon received up til now. Do you have the service records? Do you know what kind of oil has been used in the engine and how often it was changed?
If it's a 4-cylinder, be aware of the sludging problem. Lots of posts here about that. If dino oil was used (rather than synthetic), an engine treatment with Auto-Rx might be very worthwhile. Google Auto-Rx to check out.
If your SportWagon is an SE 6-cylinder, the engine timing belt and its pulley and tensioner assemblies should have been changed at 120,000 miles. That is essential maintenance if you want the car to last. If it wasn't done, you're looking at somewhere around $800 up front.
Might be a good idea also to flush and refill all the fluids--transmission, brakes, power steering, etc.
Apart from that, enjoy!!! As a former 9000 owner (twice), I can attest that 9-5s have worked out a lot of the bugs and unreliability of those lovely but expensive-to-maintain earlier Saabs.
