2000 9-5 Aero turbo not boosting properly

I've had a 2000 9-5 Aero since September of 2004. Over the last month, I have noticed on my turbo gauge and by feeling the car driving that the turbo is not boosting all the way up to between the yellow and red, where it should be. The check engine light has also been coming on for about the same amount of time.
Has anyone had that problem or have any advice and information for me?
