Found the web site. The device is a magnetic resonator clamped around the fuel line. They claim it "will fracture the hydrocarbon chains in the passing fuel providing accelerated combustion." If the device works as claimed, the electrical energy required would be enormous. Interesting that the oil refining business does not use such a process and one of their major procss requirements is to fracture hydrocarbons. I believe similar devices have been advertised before & found to be near worthless. Why don't you contact the Consumer's Union and get their opinion - I do not think they hav etested the device from my recall of recent monthly issues of "Consumer Reports". The reported claims in improved mpg must be taken with a grain of salt despite the "reputed" testers involved. No mention of how the tests were done, who observed them as an independent auditor etc.
