For what it's worth:

We weighed the new vs. used thing pretty hard.. After running the numbers, it just made more sense to me to take the deal on the used one - still got an '01, and in mint condition. If I could have used the 0% with the other discounts, it might have been worth it, but as it is, I got a more-or-less fully-optioned (except ventilated seats) 2001 9-5 2.3LPT Wagon for less than $27K. I have no regrets there. The service records came with the car, which was a local car, not an auction purchase, and I have faith in it's 18K miles as gentle, given the condition. The only problem I have (see my earlier post) is a very slight clunking up front, which I think is minor, based on what I have read in the old messages here.

Just my two cents.
