I apologize for the delay. The 20% down is necessary, but the penalty for $0 down is only 1.9%. Dealer cash can be shown toward the 20% (i.e. dealer discount can be re-worded as a dealer down payment).
I'm not sure that GMAC is capable of providing the 0% financing for Saab. I believe that Saab Financial only will do this.
The $5,700 cannot be combined with the zero percent financing. If you remember, Saab was already running 0% before the "Keep America Rolling" program even started. The true advantage (for us anyway) to the Keep America Rolling program is that it allows 2002 models to be financed for 0%. The terms vary slightly on the '02 models, but the program is there never-the-less.
