I have a wider, aftermarket 16" on my Aero they came with a plastic spacer rings to go round the hub...I read years back that if you don't use the spacer rings on a wheel that needs it, it can vibrate. They're easy to lose if the mechanic doesn't realize they're there.
As for lugs, offtopic but important to remember...if the lugs that came with the wheels are longer than the OE, save 5 OEs for the spare! Longer lugs on an OE wheel will jam the parking brake mechanism when you try to drive off (as me how I found this out ;) ).
