I had a similar problem in a vehicle (non-Saab) a few years ago. In that case, it turned out to be a faulty drain tube on the sunroof (there is one at each corner) that was allowing water to run into the car without being visible. It was a devil of a problem to troubleshoot
Check your carpets and under the seats for signs of dampness. You may need to have someone run a spray of water around the car while you are in it to see if you can spot leaks around the weatherstripping or windows.
