I would not wait to take the car in - it will only worsen and there is no reason to put off the repair, and delaying will not improve things.
The murky coolant worries me - it should look nice and fresh after only 15K kms. Have you seen any traces of oil?
The dealer _should_ replace the engine oil when they install a new turbo. If they don't want to do that, I suggest you have them do it anyway and pay for that labor and the oil. Use a full synthetic like Mobil 1 - it is an excellent lubricant and may help prevent future turbo problems. You should be changing the oil at 5000 mile intervals anyway, unless you solely drive on the open highway.
I don't know how long it takes to replace the turbo - I expect they can do it while you wait, but bring a book......If the head gasket is leaking, you will definitely have to leave the car. Maybe you can reserve a loaner car, just in case, if your dealer has them.
