Just bought a 9-5 wagon with 135K kims on the clock, always serviced by the Saab dealer and everything in immaculate condition. But I have 2 questions:
1. Very occasionally the car will start to rev slightly when stopped (at lights, etc). It's an automatic and so i normally just slip it out of Drive and into Neutral whenever it does this. What could be causing that?
2. Never having driven a turbo before, I am aware of the sort of pulsating sound it makes when I accelerate. Two different caryards told me this was the turbo but it seems rather an obtrustive sound - not the sort of refined thing i was expecting.
Have i bought a dud??

this site was great when first considering a Saab. I have loved the look of them since i first set eyes on those beautifully ugly 95 and 96 models in the 1960s.
