I had mine done at the dealer. I have previously installed towbars (hitch)on 99's and 900's which were a piece of cake. The 9-5 does require disassembly of the bumper and drilling/modification to the brackets from inside the boot (trunk). Even after watching it being done I would still have the dealer do it again. The Master Tech was not pleased to be doing it either.
