you are going to have to open it up and take a look. Its a fairly easy job. you could have a broken stop arm, broken blend door shaft. less common is a failed stepper motor, or other blockages etc.
I believe that code 13 & 14 implicate the passenger side (someone correct me if wrong). I've not done this repair on the passenger side (yet) but I assume you need to drop the glove box (easy enough: 3 or 4 torx screws)
then you can take a look at the stepper motor and assess the damage. with the glovve box out, you are looking under the dash, towards the center. you will see a duct and stepper motor behind it.there is a white connector going to the stepper motor, and white wire going to the duct.

if the stop arm is broken you will need a new one (plastic or aluminum). if the shaft is broken you can repair it very inexpensively using 1/2 CPVC pipe. or you can buy the machined aluminum part for ~200 from the saab site
