My '06 is a couple of months old now with 2200 miles. When I first bought it after trading in my '01 Linear wagon, I immediately noticed a harsher ride, and commented as such on this forum. I checked for spacers, but they had been removed. I dropped the tire pressure to 34, but it didn't seem to help. I'm hoping a lot of the problem is the Pirelli P6 Four Seasons tires which get horrible reviews on The Tire Rack ratings. I kept my summer tires on my old Klingon wheels, and I'm about ready to put them on. Hopefully that will make a slight difference.
