Had '99 inspected by Indy mechanic, need advice.

He said that the car was experiencing the following problems:
Heater circulation pump is shorted to ground CodeB2380
Laft blend door problem. Code B2495
Knock sensor shot, needs new DIC. Code P247
Theft Warning, Siren Low Battery Code B1785
Are the above going to be costly for me to fix? I'm a pretty good DIY'er, but this would be my first 9-5 (I've had a 9000t, OG900t Conv and a NG900). He said that the engine and trans were strong (no sludge). The turbo was replaced last summer by a Saab dealer abd he confirmed that it is fine.
