Slow to Crank and Fuse #8 on 2003 Aero

I've got two issues which I'm trying to figure out. My car sat for 2 weeks while I was on a business trip and upon my return it was slow to crank but did start. After a couple days of slow cranking, I decided to put in a new battery. I have the same slow cranking, any ideas?
I have also replaced fuse #8, 15 AMP Fuse about 3 times recently. Fuse #8 is for the SID, some convenience lighting and the Circulation Pump. I replace the fuse and things are ok for a week or 2, any ideas?
Thanks for your guidance.
Jeff
