Flickering xenons mean that they are going out and need to be replaced soon. Best to replace both at the same time. I have a 2003 and had replace them at 60K miles. You can search the internet. I suggest http://www.suvlights.com. They are about $110 to $125 each from there. Others have gotten them on Ebay for cheaper, but be careful. I've heard of folks buying them and getting sent a bulb without the ballast or the bullb for reflective headlights (D1R) when ours are projector headlights (D1S). If you go to the dealer they will charge around $200 or more for each bulb plus installation. Make sure you get D1S bulbs and NOT the D1R bulbs. Replacement is fairly straight forward and easy. Just make sure you do not touch the bulbs with your bare hands. The oils in your skin can cause the bulb to burst when it heats up. That is why the owner's manual says to take it to the dealer to replace them, though it's not necessary. You will find that once replaced the xenons are going to be much brighter than what you see now. Xenons should be a very bright white. Over time they start to turn a yellowish/purple color and/or start to flicker when they need to be replaced.
I disabled my DRLs via Tech II. You can also pull fuse 35 to disable the DRLs instead of by Tech II. Since DRLs run the xenons on full all of the time they tend to not last for a long period of time. So I disabled mine to extend the life a bit. If you need to run your DRLs then keep in mind that you may need to replace them every 3 to 5 years or so. Hope this helps.
