Nothing unusual about burned headlights. Hope you still have warranty for the seat. Don't know about Lexus, but they are reputed very reliable. So was my Camry, which was far from bullet proof. It even burned headlights once in a while (!)
In any case, good luck, I'm sure it’s a minor glitch; quite common in modern sophisticated cars I’m afraid. As my good friend and mechanic says: If it rides on rubber, it’s bound to break.
