... if the batteries are the same in US and EU spec. cars?
There appears to have been a lot of posts about batteries suddenly going dead after relatively few months/miles - but it's not always clear in what part of the world people are located.
At any rate, I don't like the thought of a battery *suddenly* going dead without any warning; it's bound to happen far from home, at night, on a Sunday, when you're in a hurry - or all of the above ...
