I had the same problem recently with my 2000 Aero, I searched the board and found it was a common issue and that there were many options to deal with it. Roger is right about the problem, most cases it will be low batteries, and apparently the alarm can be disabled with the Tech II, however my Indy couldn't figure out how to do that, so I simply removed the alarm unit. I now have no alarm, and the service theft alarm comes up(which can be disabled w/ Tech II) but I also have stopped the alarm from going off at random hours of the day (usually the middle of the night) for no apparent reason. To do this, you have to remove the front drivers side wheel, and the alarm unit is tucked in there, if you search the board for Service Theft Alarm, you will be able to find detailed instructions, as well as other solutions.
