Totalled SAAB (long)

Thanks to my 2000 SAAB 9-5 SEV6, I am alive today. It sacraficed it's life for mine. I was driving in a horrible Colorado blizzard late last week and was rear ended by an Isuzu Rodeo while I was stopped at a light. The Rodeo must have been traveling at least 40+ MPH, as witnesses stated. My SAAB jumped ahead from the impact and struck the Subaru wagon in front of me. I began to unfasten my seat belt and BAM! Another hit? A Civic had smashed into the back of the Rodeo, hence into me and me into the Subaru again. At this point I chose to stay in my car for a few minutes just until things settled down. About 30 or so seconds later, a full size Blazer came hauling ass and tried to stop once he saw the wreckage. No such luck. He did 360's and smashed the side of my SAAB and also hit the side of the Rodeo. So the only unsmashed area of my car was the left side. I feel no whiplash (thank you SAAB seats). I only feel sore from hitting my head on something. I don't know what but I think I may have hit the steering wheel when the second impact occured. The driver of the Rodeo suffered a broken leg, wrist, & rug burn from the airbag. The Subaru driver said he felt back pain and had severe flashbacks. Anyway, thank you SAAB! I am now driving a Pontiac Grand Am rental car. (What a HORRIBLE vehicle). I'm affraid of getting hit in it. I pick up my new 2002 SAAB 9-5 SEV6 in steel gray with gray leather next week. I'm counting the hours. How's that new 5-speed automatic?? I thought my 4-speed was fine....
