try the tried and true method...fill tank, reset trip odometer and drive 200 miles, refill tank..you can do the math....
I've got a 01 9-5 2.3lpt, we get anywhere from 19-23mpg in-town driving - primarily trips my wife takes that are less than 5-7 miles--stop and go - so mileage is not good. On the highway, i've gotten anywhere from 28-32mpg, depedning upon temperature and speed. that's dead on with EPA estimates...
