Last week I picked up, well basically stole a Gary fisher wagon. 160k, 5-speed, great shape, needs an sid, and the pvc 6 updated (came in the mail yesterday) and a winshield wiper transmission. I have had 3 9000's a 9-3 SS and currently a 90 900 TC and the wagon.

The miles on the vert were really adding up fast ( 60k in 21 months), so the wagon will be my daily driver and winter car and I will save the 900 for fair weather only. My plan is to keep it in my family for the rest of my life (I am 25 so thats a long shot but worth a try).

I am going to do the PVC update this weekend. Is it unusual that it has not been done in the 160k miles on the road? Should that be a major concern? My valve cover is leaking, I ordered a new gasket from Eeuro and will replace that after the PVC. BMiller is a good friend of mine so hopefully between the 2 of us we can keep it running as nice as it is now.

How many Gary Fishers were 5-speed? Is there some sort of registry like there is for the CE 900's? I love the car so far, and its hauling capacity is amazing.

-Where should I buy cross bars for the roof rack?

-I replaced the rollers in the drivers window yesterday, but the car got caught in a down pour the day before and now the power seat doesnt work, fuse? switches?
