Sudden but brief loss of power

OK -here's a scenario
2005 9-5 wagon, 2.3T Arc, sentronic 5 spd auto. 74,000 miles.
I live in Denver, Colorado. I was driving up I-70 into the mountains during some bad weather.
Incident 1) It was very windy, roads were damp. Just came down a long grade in 4th gear. Started accelerating on a flat curvy section of road, every light on the dash board lit up, then everything went dark, and the car lost all power for about 1/2 a second. Wipers stopped, heater stopped, lights out, no power. Pretty sure engine stopped too, but it was such a short event.
Incident 2) The same failure 5 minutes later, just driving along on a very snowpacked and icy highway. I think I was in 3rd gear, manual mode, not sure.
Drove home the next day with no problems
Clue or red herring #1
2 months ago dealer replaced, under CPO warranty, a crankshaft position sensor and turbo due to inconsistent/not full boost and studdering under acceleration.
Clue #2
All seems to be OK after #1, but if I floor it in 3rd or 4th, manual mode, when I release the throttle, there is a slight burst of boost. I never noticed this before.
Clue #3
3 months ago dealer replaced under CPO warrany a rear wheel speed sensor (or something that sounded like that) due to the ABS and !triangle! light on the dash.
Thanks!
