Aero Exhaust finally blowing

I used to be a regular visitor and contributor to this forum, but haven't really been around the last three years. Did I sell the 9-5 no, just due to some needs with the kids etc the aero became the second car/train car, and entered a period of 4 years of low mileage short duty cycle use, probably 3k a year. It's now at 60k and 10 yrs old!
During that time nothing but oil changes. Total reliability and all those old Saab issues fell away, the recalled DIC never fails, the SID is fine after the replacement in 03, etc etc
Predictably all the short use plus age has finally killed the exhaust, so I'm wondering what the current best source is for a replacement, I'm not fussed about more performance or it being OE, just decent quality. Also the flex pipe is what's leaking, but the rest looks pretty ratty, but it seems to have a double skin? Should I go for just the section that's failed or the whole lot, to be honest after struggling before with parts of exhausts and the separation thereof I'm leaning that way. Finally, is the down pipe and cat likely to fail or does the heat and pipe angle prevent water collecting and preserve it longer.
Of course it's tempting to just take it over to the dealer and drive out in a 2011, but not for 3k a year (miles that is, I'm sure the payments would be more, even on a lease)
