I am having the same problem. The trim in the front is sort of squished together and the window starts to bind on the way up. Then the back roller pops out of the track (by the way, this has nothing to do with double-clicking the roller onto the regulator arm, the roller stays on the regulator arm but comes out of the back of the track that goes along the bottom of the window glass. I find that if I push back (in the direction of the rear of the car) on the window, I can use the window motor to power it up all of the way. This is workable but certainly not correct. Is there some sort of adjustment that we are missing?
