I allowed someone to jumpstart my saab against better judgement many years back and knew way better..I am female so therefore, didn't matter, He insisted his vehicle should be running before I started my car ...and I think that blew or contributed to it blowing abs. I had dashboard lights soon afterwards, and did the abs rebuild, which at that time was told permanent fix, good six years ago now, and last year the rebuild failed, and stupidly, believed the abs module fix was permanent, contacted rebuilder via email and it was a run around and I had to call them, My work hours don't allow me to phone a tech, and and allowed dealer to redo my hub and speed sensor and that took several trips since they had ordered wrong part, and a good hour away and days off, and went months with no abs, finally got rebuilder to take it back and they said they had modified their rebuild since my first one due to failure. OH well...don't jump start a saab in my opinion. Haul it out, and take it to be checked or use trickle charger. For **** sure don't let 'em jump with running vehicle, Jip' Cherokee
